Privacy
What we store, why we store it, and how to have it erased. Short version: order data and an analytics record, nothing sold, ever.
Account and order data
If you create an account we store your email, name, delivery address and order history, the minimum needed to fulfil orders, honour the points ledger and honour the research-use acknowledgment recorded on each order. Guest orders store the same fields against the order itself.
Analytics
The storefront runs a first-party analytics pixel. It records page views, referrers, campaign parameters, and the email you type into a site form (hashed at rest) so that an order can be attributed to the research that preceded it. It does not record passwords or payment data, and it is not shared with advertising networks.
Who else sees it
The carrier gets the delivery address. The laboratory gets vial numbers, never identities. The payment processor gets what a payment needs. No data broker, no list rental, no “carefully selected partners”.
Retention and erasure
Order records are kept for the statutory accounting period; the analytics record follows the retention schedule on the pixel’s documentation. Write to the documentation desk from the contact page to request access, correction or erasure of your data; we answer within thirty days, and erasure requests are honoured except where accounting law forces us to keep an invoice.
