One price per compound, published and permanent. No coupons, no sales, no strikethrough. The size ladder is the only discount we offer, and it is not a discount, it is arithmetic.
The ladder
Every compound is offered in a run of presentations. The 20 mg vial costs more than the 10 mg vial, and less per milligram, because filling one larger vial is cheaper for us than filling two smaller ones. We pass exactly that difference through, and nothing else. The flagship ladder, priced:

What is not in the price
Shipping is a flat €9.95 and disappears at €200, the bar in the cart shows exactly how far away that is. VAT, where applicable, is stated at checkout. There are no handling fees, no “insurance” line items, and no surcharge for card or bank rails. What the label says is what you pay.
Points and credit
Orders earn ledger points, 100 per €10, redeemable at 500 to the €1, capped at a fifth of an order. Referrals pay €10 of credit. Neither changes the list price; they are ledger entries, and the ledger is visible in your account.
Why no sales, ever
A discount that expires is a price that was never honest. Reference materials should cost what they cost to source, test, and stand behind, every day of the year. When a lot fails, it is destroyed; we do not route it into a clearance bin.
