Currency and totals
All prices are in euro. The order total is the published price of each line plus shipping, the flat €9.95, or nothing above €200. Where a tax line applies, it is shown at checkout before you commit. No surcharges for payment method.
Methods
The available rails are listed at checkout and may vary by order profile; bank transfer and card rails are offered alongside cryptocurrency where appropriate. Card data never touches our servers, hosted pages only.
Invoices and institutional accounts
Every order is issued a PDF invoice on dispatch, attached to the confirmation email. Institutions can apply for invoiced billing against a purchase order, see the Founder tier on the registry-access page, with net-14 settlement and a VAT-capable invoice.
Refunds
Refunds return on the rail they arrived on, in euro, within five business days of approval. Where a refund is due to a lot failing its own certificate, the original shipping is refunded with it.
